Classes & Assignments
It's back to school time! M-Con uses a classroom approach to learning the core fitness training philosophy. Participants are responsible for readings and assignments to promote knowledge acquisition covering a variety of topics, including aerobic, strength, and muscular endurance training.
Hikes
This is what Mcon was born to do! These aren't your grandparents' hikes. We seek out the most demanding trails in the area and eat elevation for breakfast.
Guest Speakers
We bring high quality speakers to PMC and M-Con for the Spring Speaker Series. Our knowledgable speakers include coaches, trainers, and guides who will share their expertise on physical training, injury prevention, nutrition, mental preparation, and other mountaineering-related topics.
